Hey there, I'm running a 2001 Rude Ram on the back of an Ally GS and have been hitting my limiter. Is there a way to up the revs on these motors of bypass the limiter all together?

Yeah, that's what I figured... worth asking. I don't mind propping up but man she torques left when I hit it.

I think you can raise the limit, I cannot remember who mods them though might try one of the performance computer companies like brutco itr Simmons. Ect.

How does the Ally handle with that heavy motor on the back ? Allison always discouraged 3.0 and bigger engines.

No there is no one that will help you raise the limiter on a ficht.

They run fine with proper setup. A buddy ran his GS tonight first time out 3.4 300 E-tec 1.62 sportmaster and a 34p it ran low 90s at 4800 rpm.
