Storage/build options?

I recently moved to San Diego and Have a 30’ boat project I’d rather not have to get rid of but I don’t have the space at my house. What are some cost effective options I should look into for storing/building my boat? I have already placed an ad on Craigslist seeking space. I’m considering maybe an RV type storage yard but I’m not sure if a place like that will allow me to work on it. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has ran into this situation. I’d appreciate your feedback thanks!

I was in a similar situation 20 years ago when I was finishing building a tunnel boat and my parents kicked me out of their garage :icon_bs:lol. I found what I can best describe as a “****ty marina” where they were just happy to have storage customers for their covered parking spots (arched tents with fabric roofs). There were 2 other guys building boats and a bunch of other ugly projects and moulds stored there (think of the marine version of a trailer park). I suspect a regular storage place will not tolerate your noise, dust, etc.
