The part you are looking for was on 200s serial 5363917 and below. As far as what I can tell they never sold the part separate from the block so it does not have a part number. I have the gaskets you need for that one, they don't have the middle diagonal row of bolts near the top that all the engines later in production had. I'll look for the plates here but I doubt I have them.
