Don't get much closer than your own town ! Whoever worked on his last motor forgot to mention not to run regular unleaded with 31cc heads !

been there, fried that :nonod: 175-180 lbs of compression and I'm told to run nothing under 100 octaine, was using 93 with extra oil and it stuck at a little over 7 grand. kinda makes ya step back from this sport, but feel it was ultimately my fault through ignorance. lessons hard learned. :iagree:

Own it brother ! This guys first boat. Was a hopped up 175 Merc. Figure out the trim issue and why my motor won't hardly move the water pressure gauge on his boat and I had 15+ at the same rpm and he will be good to go.
