I have a pair of Gen 5 PCMs for a Verado 350. I tested them on a neighbors boat and they ran fine. I have been saving them to flash a new boat but decided to go with the new V8s. You can keep your original PCM stock flash these and swap when you need to without leaving a footprint.
Stickers show 2018 Verado 350 should work on any 350/400 Verado not sure about SCI but maybe.
One is setup for a center motor and the other for a port but this can be changed when you flash them for your application.
$850 a piece shipped. Will split if I can find two buyers. These are over $5k a piece from Mercury.
