I just got done removing a 300xs from this 2013 21 Liberator that I originally built. I just got done hanging a new 300R. The customer is very excited about the new power.

He should cut you another check and take the truck as well. They match nicely- There are suddenly going to be a lot of fast 21s running around.

I know, I am going to have to upgrade my old junk to keep up with the local traffic. I am getting surrounded by 300Rs and the 450s are starting creep in as well.

We ain’t scared up here in the north ,too many pontoons that go fast plugging up the lakes leave the boat in the garage lol
Soo how much faster and does it feel different with the extra weight?

It ran 100 with the 300xs. I ran it today but motor was too high. (2.5") It would overheat and shut down after about 2/3 mile. Still ran 112 though. The extra 55 lbs makes no difference. Same as 8 gallons of gas

How high did you run the 300XS?

And what prop? My guess is a 15.5 x 34P Hill 5 blade.

The 300xs is set at 1.25" above the bottom. 300R is 2.25" above. For top end I run a 15.25 x 34" Hill 5 blade cleaver. 112-113 at 6300 rpm. 4% slip.
