Just bought it. Been sitting for 7-8 months. Got it running.
Runs good at idle, but drips gas out of the overflow tube. (will not throttle up - dies)
I'm thinking stuck float. Took it apart and cleaned it. (very little residue to remove). No change.
Replaced: Fuel, Fuel Filter, Primer bulb . . . No change.
New carburetor kit with new float . . . NO CHANGE.
Checked the fuel pump . . . doing it's job.
The float is all plastic (no metal tang to bend to adjust the float).
Help ? Would you heat the plastic tang and bend it ???
