Wax for sides and bottom of hull

What wax are you using for your boat. I'm using Mcguire's cleaning wax and when I pull the boat out of the water after one day (trailered) from the water line down looks yellowed and doesn't bead the water. Salt water boater on the Great South Bay, Long Island.

Nufinish. I can leave boat in 4 days and wash river scum off, where with waxes I had to acid wash.

Is your boat gel coat or paint?

The boat was painted before I bought it, but I think they only painted deck and sides, bottom looks like original gel.
