I have a 99 Yamaha S200 TXRX carbureted injected outboard. The issue I am having is looses rpm's randomly. turns 5200 for several miles then starts losing rpms down to 3200-4000 rpm. I have had a timing light on the motor when it does that and its all over the place. I can stop shut down and start back up and sometimes it runs fine. things I have done complete fuel system from tank to fuel pumps and carbs. Stator checks good, pulsar coils good, crank sensor good and voltage regulator good. cdi output is good when motor goes into mode. All coolant sensor and temp senders good motor runs around 130-135 degrees. Can this still be the cdi since it controls the timing? Any Yamaha guys that can lend a hand I would appreciate it...thanks
