1995 xri 150 fuel pump no pulse

So, I had a neutral wire come loose on a battery... motor lost power,

fuel pump has no pulse, power to pump,

installed a new pump, still nothing, power to positive and negative side on pump. Did I cook my ecu? :(

also burnt out tach..

I'm no efi mechanic by far ,but I hear of the fuel pump driver goin bad in ecu all time. Lots of guys here know how to run that separate wire of that's what it is
