Hello all. My dad recently bought a 20' Spectra jet boat. It came with a 460 ford/4bbl and berkley jet drive. From what I know, these things were big back in the late 70's/early 80's. I am (will be) running a 21' starflite with a 225 Rude and 26 pitch prop. Because both of our boats are in the restoration phase (mine will be done in a week or two and his shortly after), I have no real info on either boat. I'm guessing the Spectra will run mid 50's.
And common sense (and some help from S&F) tells me I should be 15+ MPH better than that. Any Ideas?
