Hi All,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a ECU for an early 90's built Promax?

Thanks,
Chris

If your going aftermarket you don’t have a lot to choose from I have good luck with the Brucato ACU on the modified 225 Pro Max’s I build ...

Thanks!

Also planning on rebuilding my 200 Promax. I'd like to get it closer to 250hp, is taht feasible? Any recommendations?

easy, a factory 225 promax dynos on average right around 250hp
i have a 200 promax with 7 peddle 225 promax front half and 34cc heads, and 225 promax adapter plate and tuner on the mid.

It performs almost identically to my 225 promax on the same boat as the 200 does.

The 225 promax also has 34cc heads, and I run the same ecu’s on both with raised limiters.

The worked 200 has a slight bit of bottom end edge, and the 225 slightly pulls better on top.

Without hours of testing on both you’d probubaly never know the difference.
