8 pin harness

Are all 8 pin merc harness the same?
Do they all have tilt trim off 8 pin con. ?

Yes, the 8 pin have the 3 trim wires and a trim guage wire.

Hey Randy, with a 300R do you have to use the same adapter harness as 300XS to use analog gauges,etc...

Yes, Everything from the 300xs is the same other than a different rigging hose and you need a "clean power" harness.
