E Tech 115 performance mods

hi all,
Have an etech 115 06-07 model, it has 300hrs but has blown a ring and piston, so am planning on re sleeving it, if all internals are ok, is there anything that can be done to this model so it makes more power? As in, can exhaust ports be widened, or do intakes need stuffed, reeds, exhaust? what if any mods are good for extra horsepower from this engine, and how can i make it louder without sacrificing performance? if you even have a decent idea, i may try it and post results,,

Problem is you would need to change fuel curve for any mod's which is not available.

So i gotta ask "if not at the dealer" then where? hahaa, or is this something that i could connect my laptop to and fiddle with in any way myself? if so, how? very interested in perking upthe 115, at least to 130 if at all possible?
