2008 250 PRO XS Powerhead Needs Repair

This is a 2008 250 pro XS powerhead. It is 100% complete but as far as I can tell it needs #6 piston, direct injector and a cylinder head. Engine runs just knocks. Block is not ventilated and sleeve doesn’t appear to be broken but I have not gone any further than removing the cylinder head as you can see in pics so I cannot guarantee that it doesn’t need more. I have attached pics of run times and freeze frames. There is a freeze frame for overheat, forklift driver at the marina said it happened when he flushed it out. Freeze frame shows it in neutral at 600 rpms. Compressor was replaced in 2015 also. Powerhead Is in pretty good condition overall. It is in the crate that the new quicksilver powerhead came in and can be shipped. Looking for 2500.00 plus freight
