I have a mint 2011 250 PRO XS, has 2013 20" Gen 1 1:75 Torquemaster fatshaft.
Number 6 had only 50psi.,so I put a complete short block on it,all std, bore Merc pistons and rings,replaced the bad air injector,flushed fuel rail and a flow tested all injectors , new thermostats,428416428417428418428420vst filter,impeller and gear oil. Currently in breakin mode with 2 hrs. run time on flush hose. Compression on warm engine was 125 in all 6 cyls. ECM shows 337hrs half of which were under 1500 rpm.
$8000 with oil tank.
Willing to crate and ship on your dime. usually around $450 anywhere in North America .
