Shipping motor parts

Hi,

A member here and I are having major problems trying to ship a bunch of motor parts. UPS wanted way too much money and Pilot Air is requiring it to be verified as safe. How do you ship parts across the country? The rate is about $85 however the jumping through hoops is crazy.

What about FedEx ground? They were RPS before FedEx bought them out.
