The new owner of the one I did had it to 101. The new ones are supposed to be alot lighter.

IMO that will be the perfect combination of speed, looks, and warranty piece of mind.

The new owner of the one I did had it to 101. The new ones are supposed to be alot lighter.

Will be interesting to see how the 300XS and 300R mills compare

It will be faster for sure, that boat is lighter than mine i weighed mine 0 fuel with 4 digital scales at 4127 lbs, SeaDeck & all. I’m curious if this new boat has the step filled in? I noticed in a pic of the red boat with the 400R’s on it’s trailer that it looked like that one had the notch filled in.

The 28 with the 860/#6 drive had the notch on it and so did the 28 with the Ilmor.

Hear is the red boat were it looks like the notch has been filled in.

Was that the original 28, and then the notch was added later?

It’s possible, I think I have the original #1 Hull and it was used for experimentation and demo, IO, OB, with or with out notch? Maybe, who knows.
