I recently bought my first fun boat. I needed something under 18 foot with enough hull to handle the ocean around Boston. It is being kept on a mooring in a harbor. Picked it up in NJ and cant find too many other examples. I mounted a 150hp Johnson on it and she runs at 60 even with no set back or jack plate. Handles the chop a lot better than anyone expected with the mod v hull. I am wondering if anyone has owned one of these or has some setup tips. Hoping to freshen up the interior this winter.

200 merc, lwp, jackplate, and a 28p chopper and you will see 70's. I had one I built fairly light and it would run near 80 with a blueprinted bottom. Fuel and battery in back.
