Getting closer Eddie. This is with propellers that have not been touched yet. Tighten them up a bit along with little more height and you will get close to your target. Glad to see that the boat is so well mannered for you at 120:thumbsup:.

Below are the a couple of video links. The first one shows Eddie turning the boat at 115 and the second one was a clip from Jasper as he was running through the pack. These DW28s are amazing with stock XS power to be running in the low to mid 120s.

This is a gps shot from Dan Gattos DW28 running stock XS motors and propellers that have been tuned one time but are going back to FJ propellers Mike Eggelston for some final tweaks.
I am very confident that we will see these boats run 130 with the 300R motors and that is faster then anyone needs to run in a small light outboard cat. Please be careful as you guys continue to push upward-

JPEROG, the motors seem to be mounted on the far outside of the hull. Personal choice, handling decision, or?

Grant mounted the motors on Dan's. There is very little blade surface in the tunnel. It seems to work okay-

Ok, is that where yours will be mounted? :)

I noticed that also how far out the motors are mounted. Most cats seem to have the engines a lot closer to the tunnel. Very impressive boat and speeds with 300xs. Can't wait to see what the 300R will run on this hull.

I rigged mine with no propeller in the tunnel. 77" centerline tunnel is 62".
Grant rigged Dans boat 70" centerline. Time will tell if there is a benefit from the prop being out of tunnel. Some of the Xcat boats do the same.
