How much is a 98 Mercury Pro Max 300 Worth. It was on the back of my champion bass boat but the transom rotted. The motor did go under water but within less than 24hrs we had it cleaned up. All connectors dried out and lubed with die electric grease. We let it run two gallons of fuel run through it. Trying to figure out what it’s worth so I can sell it. Any info is greatly appreciated

I sold a 98 model 300 with 1.75 sporty several years ago for I think it was 6k. Hours and lower unit will have a lot to do with the value.

What does it have for a lower unit,20" or 25" mid have you checked compression or leakdown. Those numbers would help alot in determining value..How about some pics !
