I have alot of Johnson & Evinrude parts for sale since I switched to Mercury.:D I have listed some parts and prices below. Make offers on anything your interested in and I have no problem with shipping/PayPal for payment. Pictures to come later today of most of it.

2000 Johnson Ocean Pro 250 with 25" shaft and 200 hours on a total rebuild. Wiseco top pinned pistons with big rods balanced and lightened by John Marles, all new OEM bearings and seals. Block work and porting done by Mike Barajas at MJ performance. One hole had the main jet plug with dirt and burned a hole in that piston. That hole will need bored most likely, don't think honing will clean up enough. Magnum 2 lower unit off 2004 Ficht 250. All new electronics when I rebuilt the motor. No heads, but 2 sets of heads listed below. If someone wants the motor I'll make a package deal with the motor, cowls and a set of heads.

Evinrude top mount binnacle, teleflex extreme cables and complete wiring harness and 2 gauges, all removed from my Mako 21 center console boat. This was all purchased new when I rebuilt the motor over the winter. Asking $500.00 or best offer.

2004 Evinrude Ficht 250 3.3 liter block, heads, crank, pistons and rods. One hole lost a ring locator pin so needs bored or sleeved. 125 hours on whole motor. Computer and injectors have already sold.

2004 Ficht 250 top cowl and lower cowls, excellent condition. They were just painted Johnson Ocean Pro grey with basecoat/clearcoat paint, no decals.

Here's some pictures of the cowls and lower pans I have for sale. 1 set is from a 2004 Ficht 250 V6 and the other set is from a 2000 Ocean Pro 250 V6. Make an offer if interested. There dusty and have a few small scratches, but they have 2 coats of basecoat and 3 coats of clear coat. So any small imperfections will buff right out. I get a pretty good price on shipping through Fastenal.

Is your motor an open deck or closed deck? These were all from a closed deck motor. But I think you can use them on a open deck with some slight mods.

A ‘90 would be open deck but heads will work on it.
