I have a 1999 225 Promax that needs to be rebuilt. I aquired a set of Wizard .030 oversized pistons with the motor when I bought it. I'm just wondering if these would be good pistons to use on the motor or what route I should take. I believe the limiter has been raised to 7500. Thanks

If the motor is standard bore, would be a shame to go .030 if .015 will clean it up. Otherwise Wisard is top of the line.

I know the pistons have been replaced before, I'm just not 100% sure if it's still standard or not. Would going .030 cause any problems, or require me to change other things to accommodate?

I am a Wizard dealer and build tons of steel sleeved engines I NEVER suggest running forged pistons in a steel sleeved engines period ...
