2 stroke to 4 stroke re-power on smaller hull

Hi guys, i have a 23' concept cc designed for 2 stroke power (150-225). I'm looking to re-power and have given the 4 stroke route a thought. I have read articles / researched on the subject and don't know if it'll be a good choice. What's your input? They're heavier and will throw off the balance, will it be horrible?

The new 4 strokes are so light its really all but eliminated the weight issue. A new 25" V6 225hp merc is 486 on the sticker. Less then a 225 2 stroke.
