New to me motor 175 XRI

I bought a 92 175 XRI over the weekend sounds like this motor has set for a little while. I am having my buddy go though the motor and changed what needs to be changed( oil lines, fuel lines, impeller). What are some of the things I should look out for while getting this motor to go.
