2.4 200 got me stumped

I've gone through my fuel system and still having an issue getting out of the hole under load or pulling a skier. Rpms will go up about 500 and drop a couple hounderd while I have my foot in it. It's like I just let off the gass and got back in it, kinda like blower surge... I'm thinking it has to do with ignition system now. This only occurs up to around 2500-3000 rpm. Any ideas what to look for?

Hit the choke when taking off Check primer ball sometimes they plug up

Prime ball is good. What will hitting the choke do for this?

If it's lean the choke will pick it up if it makes it worse then spark is weak may need new motor harness or hi speed circuit in stator is having a issue
