V4 Looper 140 fuel/carb issue

ughh, I ain't giving up, my Stbd motor cranks , idles great. however either at gradual or full slam throttle it dies, just for schits and giggles I hit the choke solenoid while easing up throttle and it built rpm, after 3500 it seems to perform fine, any suggestions where to start looking, I did rebuild Carbs early in year.
