Leaking out of newly intalled motor mount bolt

Water leaking from the newly installed solid motor mount out the left front bolt. I just put mounts . 2 piece mid 2.4. What have I done wrong?
I did silcon around the mount.

Warped adapter plate maybe....I have developed the habit of running a large fine tooth file held flat on all the mounting surfaces to look for hi and low spots. It will surprise you when you do this on seemingly good, flat, parts. It just takes a little more time during assembly. But can keep you from pulling everything back apart.
