Met Art's son John at the Minnesota meet last August. Great guy and a wealth of Glastron/Carlson knowledge.

Great boat but extremely slow.. hard hitting on big waves too...

Figured I’d jump in and share something y’all might not know about. I’m in South Texas, and a local boat manufacturer here in Corpus Christi bought the CV23 mold when Glastron went out of business years back. They didnt change much as far as the hull is concerned, the topside is set up as an inshore bay fishing boat. Majek Boats is the manufacturer, and they call it an Xtreme. It measures over 22’, but they call it 22’. I’m on my second one now and absolutely love it! Here are some pictures of my current boat currently....
