I can not get all the air out of my trim i have a bobs pump in the boat. I have been takeing the motor up and down but you can still here the pump load and unload a little when trimming up?
Any input would help a ton!!!
Thankyou Skydog:confused: P.S. I can not trim my motor all the way up because of the hoses comeing out of the lower shell, do you have to trim it till the ram stops when trimming up to get all the air out??

Trim the engine all the way down and hold the down button for a second or two. then trim the engine all the way up and when it gets to the top, hold the up button for a few seconds more.

A couple of time should do the trick. Keep an eye on the fluid level in the resevoir as you do this.

I hope this helps.

I can not trim mine all the way up the cables hit. But what i did do was have a friend stand on the back of motor and i trimed it up and down. The extra weight must have forced the air out!!!
Thankyou Skydog:D

I just went through the same thing you did. It took me like an hour and a half to bleed the damn pump and lines. Then, I figured out the same thing you did (duh). Luckily mine is only a 65 so I didn't need someone to stand on it
