Came across this on my local Craigslist. 140$ I bought it and he’s shipping it to me just curious if anyone can tell a brand or anything just by looking at it. Guy didn’t know much about it. Ran it on his bass boat.

Its not a cleaver, its a Mercury chopper, 26 pitch if I'm seeing the numbers on the prop clearly.

Sorry i meant chopper. Just got done reading about cleavers so it was stuck in my head. The guy was pretty sure it was a mercury prop. But it looks kinda like th Mazco I have. I’ve never seen the extended part coming off the hub before.

They are weed cutters, all the early Mercury choppers came with them. When prop shops worked them, they usually removed them. If you've been looking at worked props, that's why they don't have them.
