Minimum 8 foot beam
Seating for 8 people
65 MPH top end
Must be outboard/s
Must have a porta potty
Up to $45K may go more for right boat

If someone has a clean hull, thats solid, I would take a hull only and rig it with motors

There is a 1998 24'x8' Cigarette outboard for sale near me in the Toronto Area. Spoke to the guy this fall when I was considering going with something that size. If I recall correctly he said he'd take $11,500 Canadian - fully rigged with a 2.5 200.
