What is it

I have traded many props over the years and at some point acquired this one but have no clue what it is. I have looked about everywhere on it and not found 1 number or letter anywhere. I looks to be a very nice wheel and possibly never used. I am selling my props and would like to sell it but need to know what it is first. It does fit a V6 Merc. Any help or suggestions welcome. Thanks

Power tech I believe rock. Has a rubber and roller hub. Hook up very well and are fairly decent props. Flats guys love em for jacking the motor up to run shallow.
