This Seastar PA-1200 has been on my shelf for several years. I sold it to a customer BRAND NEW. He brought it back several days later saying he could not get it to bleed. He would not let me install it for him. Since it did have oil in it, it may be considered used even though it was never run in a boat. I put it in the back room and have never tried to sell or install it. I really have no idea if there was an issue or if the customer did not know what he was doing. I am cleaning up my shop and getting rid of extra stuff. THERE IS NO RESERVE!!! It WILL BE SOLD!! No warrantee or guarantee, so bid accordingly. Shipping will be $25
