This years River Ranch gathering will be the weekend of April 19 - 23 . Please use the following information to book your rooms .
First I would like to add that boating safety is the main priority this year for reasons we all understand . Please respect the property at River Ranch as this is one of the best locations anywhere . This years meeting will be dedicated to the memory of John Cadwell who is tragically no longer with us . He was a long time River Ranch attendee and friend . We will miss you John .

This is not a race , this is not a speed run , just a gathering of enthusiasts on our beautiful Kissimmee Chain of lakes . Do not plane off in the No Wake zone just outside of the Marina basin . FWC will be on hand to offer up their services to those who simply can't control themselves .

More than once totally stupid behavior in a boat has caused tragedy in the waters near River Ranch and frankly if anything else happens I'm done having anything to do with it .
Please ....respect other boaters and residents right to have a good time without having their safety challenged . There are many full time and time share residents in River Ranch so please be respectful and have fun .

Where all do you guys ride to? I’ve been out there and stayed at Grape Hammock. But I don’t really know the area too well. I ride to polluted waters and the milk bus and stuff like that, but I’m sure y’all ride other places. I just got an Allison, maybe I can make it out there this year. Wanted to go last year and couldn’t make it.

How does fueling work. What are people doing. Are there any dockside marinas/fueling stations? Bring plenty of gas cans? Is there a gas station near by that sells 110 octane? AvGas? Non Oxygenated 93 octane. Are you allowed to beach your boat and fill the tank with a can while your on water (spillage).

I called the marina at River Ranch. Fuel is unleaded premium at $3.50 gal. I'm coming filled but that's the first 40 gal tank. I'm staying at the rv park on the canal, my first time there as well. Hey Foley, I got a paddle and and anchor this time. Hopefully I won't need them......

You can buy AV gas at the RR airport . Someplace in Lake Wales might have race gas of some kind but that is 20 miles from RR . Most just bring gas in jugs if you need it .

You can go North (thru the locks), or South and run in the ditch. If you can adjust your schedule to get there Friday morning around 10, you can run to downtown Kissimmee for lunch with us.

I am getting really close, Making some minor fuel tank fitment adjustment today then start putting everything back in. Hopefully testing by the end of next week.

If any of you are planning to go north they are working in the river s. and n. of the bridge at Camp Mack. There are no idle zones but they do have roped barrels in the river. Also the water is low so the sand bar at the entrance to Toho canal might be a problem. Be safe.
