You should be able to right click it on your computer and save it. It doesn't animate when I "save image" on my iphone.

It says the file was to big to upload, 49 kb total can only be 19.5 kb. I tried the e tech 1

I think you just have a screenshot of the animation and not the actual file. That's what happnens when I save it to my phone. I haven't tried to do it on the computer. Too lazy to get 'er out and boot 'er up...
