Fuel line, vacuum hose, and water line replacement

What's the best brand or best material to use to replace the rubber hoses on a powerhead? Is silicone hose ok to use for the water outlets?

blue silicone hose is great for water, any type A-1 marine fuel hose for fuel lines (except Silverado or MPI) I replace all my rubber every three
to four years regardless...........
