OMC 2.7 heads install / Spark Plugs, jets ???

Anyone familiar with running the 2.7 heads.....
Is the std Champion plug ok for this application or is there a better plug option ?

The heads are now installed on my 89 Johnson v6's. I am not gutting the airbox at this time so planning on only re-jetting top 4 to +5 size 67D & bottom 2 to +5 size 70D.
From info I gathered......this install, with gutted airbox, requires +10-11 sizes on high speed jets
I'm not gutting box so I figure half way, +5, is a good start

Same plugs. If you reread the info you asked about before and thru PM the jet question has been answered. You go up eleven sizes just for gutting the air box on a stock engine. Changing just to 2.7 heads and nothing else in most cases 2 sizes plus 106 pull over nozzles.
