19 Reaction Help

Hey guys, fairly new here to boat setup and different combos, I have a 19 reaction with a freshly rebuilt 225 opti. I currently have a 23 trophy on it and I'm not getting nearly the performance out of it that I though I should based on what other people are running in their reactions. I'm only turning 5200 rpms and its a dog out of the hole. I previously had a 250 EFI on the boat and experienced pretty much the same performance with the prop. The boat has a 6 inch bobs jack plate, and a 20 inch mid. I was going to bump down and try a 21 Tempest, but depending on what that prop does it still seems like a pretty low pitch compared to what others are running.


Anybody with any Reaction experience have any suggestions?.

for now yes, so I really cant runt WOT for more than a quick burst, but when the 250 efi was on the boat I was getting similar performance.

so isnt 5200 about 75% power? You gonna have to run 120 min with a load than see what it does JMO

does the computer limit the RPM's or power during break in?
