Noli, What is the price point for the boat with 400r's.

Why is MAX 5 props standard?
Predator is hitting the benchmark speed of 121 mph with "inexpensive" MAX 5 props
They haven't tested with Merc's CNC props yet

Noli do you have any dash pictures
.
I will ask for some. Since the interior is only being done at this time, they didn't take much pics of the interior.

Looking to see how well electronics are going to fit in dash
.
yeah, when you see the dash, the center area will be small. That's how the owner wanted his to be. The dash is actually a mold, and can be widened to fit any screen display size you want .
.

So they r keeping the same dash from the old C30
.
When they built the C306, they redesigned the dash. Here's a pic. The center dash can be widened to suit you.
notice the non-slip center and the extra transom supports made of foam then vacuum bagged to handle the torque of the 400R.

Very interesting will all models have the raise bulk heads down the outside of the seats
.
No, everything is built around the customer's wishes
The sides as you mentioned can be flat as the flooring. It's the way I prefer it. Makes the cockpit feel and look roomier
If the center controls console is delete and the controls are in the gunnel, a short section will be raised, but not necessarily the whole side of the cockpit
.

Wonder why they raised the sides in this one
this interior shot makes itlook you will be able to walk around the out side of the front seats
.
The sides are raised because the owner might be using this interior for the sides? ==> https://www.facebook.com/1705890489655890/photos/a.1706005206311085.1073741828.1705890489655890/1948557258722544/?type=3&theater
The 2 front seats might have enough space to move into the seats from the outside, but you'll have to go in sideways i think
We'll see when the interior is complete. I don't know the interior design layout
Your cockpit layout can be made to order
.
.
I would prefer the cockpit-sides to be flat and open like this Skater has which can be done

The picture is a friends boat ...after the test drive, a 32 was ordered. The 36 DW will be ordered after the first 15 boats are completed for another customer. You cant get a 36 right now because of the backorder. The Church has the #16 , 36 DW reserved ! Probably a year out for the 36
it will be interesting to see Bully and Sandy match these boats up at the river...Predator vs Doug Wright...should be fun! We will throw in the Nordic 28 SS as well..all of them powered with the same 400Rs.

Do you mean the DW 32?
Two of them. Keep testing until they see a consistent 23 or 24 or else he will have transoms in his view.
Joe
.
I will pass along to our guy...but if the Predator can't do it, our guy can just whip out his other boat and play with them. His other boat is a DW 38 with I/O and sixes....muhahahaha
.
.
Would love to see some build pics of the new 32
Please share some.
.
.
This is how the boat is performing as of last week with MAX5 props at 35" pitch (http://www.mercuryracing.com/boat-propellers/outboard/max5/)
They're at the limiters and need 36 or 36.5 inch pitches
398611
The above pic equates to this calculation from BBlades Prop Slip Calculator... (http://bblades.com/propeller-slip-calculator/)
398647
With an increase of 1" pitch to 36" and less prop slippage, they think that 123 can be done
it's nice to dream ain't it :D....c'mon DeWald's CNC....where are you?

if the Predator 30 hull #1 can't do 122, then hull #2 will be closer to those speeds. Already Arnaldo (owner/builder Predator) has hull&deck changes he's planning to make on the next build. And hull #3 will be faster than hull #2.
One thing's for certain, the 400Rs are so powerful, Predator is already thinking of building their next model, the Predator 355 with 400R's. The Predator 355 will be the most affordable high performance 36' cat in its category. These large outboard cats are already being done by DW, Skater, MTI, SEB, and Jay Pilini.
Predator didn't see the 355 on their horizon till Sandy's widebody w/ 400R was built.

Fallon doing the rigging/testing Noli?
.
Hi AZ
Yes it's Fallon Marine. Gil did a magnificent job at rigging Sandy's boat. Sandy is now squeezing the last few MPH out of her....muhahaha

i got to roll with Sandy and Gil Fallon at Desert Storm...The DW was fast! We out ran a filming helicopter on the long straight where the shootout happens.

What are they going for with the new design?
.
Hi AZ,
Arnaldo has a customer who wants more cockpit space, and different windshield design and flat deck
the materials in the build will be all composites thus will be a lighter build when the mold is complete

Looks like a direct copy of Doug's.
Joe
.
You are def in the know :)
One thing that Sr said was to make sure the finished product does not look the same as the 32
...so Arnaldo made it look more squarish and not tear-drop, which is easy enough to do, especially if the windshield will be widened
Never bite the hand that feeds you :)
The Wrights have helped Arnaldo in so many ways
Good people right there

Doug should be getting a token in the mail from Arnaldo every time one gets sold "as with many other manufactures that he has helped". They are still off the performance and weight mark of a 32DW but he has given him so much information and advise that would have taken him years to figure out on his own.
It will be interesting to see just how much better the new 32 performs-the construction process is so much more efficient that there will be a sizable net weight loss over the past boats.
Joe

The new DW32 will be the fastest ever
Have you seen their new vented and stepped bottom yet

Joe
I don't know what financial arrangement Arnaldo has made to get access to this and other things, but since I only help promote (7 manufacturers) and am not an employee of any of the 7, I don't get involved with the money side of things
I'm just a poor software engineer
.
Looks like a direct copy of Doug's.
Joe
This receiver is not a copy
THIS IS a DW 32 receiver
the guys at DW factory finishing up the plug receiver. Will be widened and be more squarish as per Sr's request and you know Arnaldo will comply

Chubby !!!!
.
the deck halves are glassed together
438372
.
The deck that you see, the "frankenstein" of pieces is just a plug
when the plug is complete, a mold will be popped off of that plug. and the plug will eventually be destroyed.
the plug will be thrown out and a piece will be popped from the mold, a deck in one piece, not "frankenstein" of pieces

The new windshield receiver.
widened by 10 inches and also made more squarish to give that unique Predator look

.
the windshield receiver is glassed into he plug, then primed
next up are the hatches
then they will apply primer then tooling gel
439088
.
tooling gel coat being applied to remove imperfections and bring on the shine...also the shiny smooth surface will aid in the plug-to-mold separation process
