2.4 Bridgeport on a 2.5 Offshore Mid

Can this be done? Will the one piece 2.4 exhaust plate mount to the 2.5 can and tiller arm? Or, will the 2.4 Powerhead bolt up on the 2.5 exhaust plate with no problems? Is everything the same besides the bigger exhaust ports? I like the 2.5 style mid better than the 2.4 offshore. Any help would be great!!!

Yes it will all work. Just have to use the appropriate powerhead studs.

I thought the studs coming out of powerhead were the same.

I have a 2.4 on a 2.4 Bridgeport one piece plate on a 280 15" off shore can.

I had use a mixture of powerhead studs and cut some on the can side but yes it works fine
