Looking to add a little more power to my 275s. Think the difference between the 300 to 350 was a 6% increase in boost?
Seen the Whipple Pulleys and was wondering if they are worth it? Thinking bump it up 3 to 4% on the size maybe?
Anyone swapped up to the Whipple Pulleys and if so did you have any problems? Did you see any real gains and so on?

I have no clue, but would think it's more than just the pulley such as remapping the ECU.

Boost is electronically limited, not limited by the size of the pulley. The Whipple stage 2 ECM Map makes 340ish HP and you dont have to change pulley.

But what if you did change the pulley? It wouldn't increase the boost any?

Of course I'm talking about changing the pulley along with the ECU flash. Just wondered if you could get a few more HP out of it with a little more boost.

The Ecm will only allow so much boost to be made it has an electronic boost controller, The supercharger can already make more boost than the ecm is programed for. But if you can drastically change the map in the ecm to need lots more boost i would guess you can change the pulley. In stock configuration the supercharger is already able to supply more than 30lbs.

I havent yet hooked to the 400R to see how much it is making.

Do they have some sort of waste gate setup in them?

Nice, I haven't looked at the Verados much at all since it's not on my radar really but I always have wonder what means they were using to control boost. Seems like with the right fuel system and the right person at the laptop tuning it, those engines could make insane power.
