help needed with 201 stratos setup

Hey guys. I need help setting up a 93 201 stratos. Currently I have a 25 tempest a45 on the back and a 10 inch jack plate which is set with the propshaft 3" below pad. The engine is a 200 xri efi 92 model. with just me in the boat with 1/2 tank fuel and livewells full it turns 5400 @ 64 mph and holeshot is ok. When I fill up both fuel tanks livewells and add 200 lb partner the boat will not come out of the hole without my partner standing up front and top speed is around 58-60 turning 5200. I don't expect the boat to be a speed demon but I would like a little better holeshot a buddy of mine said to try a 23 or 24 trophy I would like to know what you guys would sugest thanks in advance for your guys input as I know you guys on here are pretty B.A. when it comes to boat setup.

Need to be turning around 5700-5800, so I would say a smaller pitch would be a good idea. A trophy would also be a good prop to try. Have you tried raising motor hieght any? I would try raising 1/4 inch at a time and monitor speed, rpm and water pressure. Raise until stops gaining mph with rpm increase. 3 inches below pad seems a little deep with 10 inch plate. Raising motor will increase rpm, so try this before swapping props and see if you havnt already.
