Help with 2.4

I'm trying to put my bridgeport back together and when I took it a part there was 6 holes on each side of the f/half ..all 12 was plugged off with bolts ...it ran that way but I would like to know what they are for and what should go there .....Thanks for the help....in the pic the bottom 2 holes have the bolts still in them383626

Those are where the vacuum T's and elbows go on that front half.

I know the 3 holes on each side of the intake T and elbow and connect to each other but do the the ones on f/half do the same ?
