Is there a resource for getting values on used outboard motors?

I would say just study the engines for sale section on this site and you should be able to get a good idea of what particular motors are worth. I mean if there's an add that's been up for 6 months then the asking price is probably high or there are a lot of them for sale. Different numbers of hours and whether or no its been rebuilt also effect the value. Hope this helps

nada guides has section for outboards. No idea how accurate it is.

NADA is useless. Ebay is a good guide but on smaller motors reads slightly high. The for sale threads here are probably the most accurate for race motors.
