2-stroke oil injection, tank leaks out through exhaust path while sitting???

Yamaha 40hp... Runs like a dream, but slowly, over time as the motor sits on the transom of it's 13' Whaler, the oil level in the tank slowly goes down and a very slow drip down and out the exhaust path of the gear case.

I don't understand it. Anyone know what's going on? I have just been putting up with it since the motor runs well, and putting a catch can under the prop so it doesn't make a mess on my garage floor. But the other day I knocked it over and spilled a bunch on the floor. I've been putting this off too long and want to fix it.

Must be the oil injection pump leaking by it and dripping oil to the intake through the three lines. After sitting awhile and you start it does it smoke bad than clear out quickly? Or a cracked oil line?
