I sold the boat about 6 months ago in order to drive a true tunnel but you need a lot of seat time in the boats are not very forgiving compared to a boat with a center pod you cannot jump right in one and think you're on top of the world because that's a perfect example of what can happen

Parker? I'll look FB let Dave comment it and I'll see it. Maybe I can copy and post. But have to say when ya get in a enclosed boat like that, there's NO wind in the face, little if NONE speed recognition ..(not the speddo but AIR under the hull)!...or much motor noise too think of just what attitude ya are. Hate to see the boat trashed, but ANY boat is a "slow learning, feel it out, LEARN UP THE BOAT" and baby step to speed...OR?

Robby that boat is for an experienced driver with a gift that has the "Feel" Parker has it others don't. You have to know your limits. Yes conditions come into play but that's where experience is your friend.

you just cant compare it to a center pod boat , theres no warning if a blow over by the time the bow lifts u get out of the throttle and it dumps the rear and your DONE. a center pod boat will come back down........with a tru tunnel u need to feel where u are at all times , by the time you read that wind gust 200 feet a head of u, u better be trimmed before u get into it, or its OVER, where a center pod boat u can wait till u get into the gust then re trim the boat theres a very fine line you run with a true F1 boat , the only way to teach someone would be to put them in the back of the 2 seater and make examples....LOL. guess we cant do that anymore. im glad jamies ok because he could have been killed. if i could of spent 3 days at the lake together training him, that accident would not of happend , i feel bad about that. hes a great guy. i was shocked to see the pictures.

Don't laugh too hard it, as he wanted to buy it, but way too much dough. We talked, emailed about it as if bought, have it shipped from AK to me and store it until transport back FL. Of course, key or not (I can hot wire anything, as 36 inch bolt cutters that will defeat any lock trailer, or drag out the "Red and Green)...and would HAVE TO GET IT WET here my launch! How far hours away you to me? Its 4 hours border to me, so ya slide down here and WE do the rums and cokes and "sea trial it"! Also to Parker. Ya SOB! NEVER forget our phone talks when ya were going thru some lifes problems. Won't get into it here, but seems ya came out (kinda, just behave) into the light and now seem happy, and still boats, hot rods, as bikes? And new wife? New life friend. "rock it"! OR? Back in1975 my buddy bought Rick Adamzacks first racing tunnel.Sorry for mis-spelling his name. Rick was winning races with the boat but built a newer style. The one my buddy bough was 4 pointer. Rick was using a 150 shorty. We put on a 135 short with a ssm. Rick told us the run it trimmed in. Well my buddy was king of the bay for 2 days. On the third day he stood it straight up. Up and over.

much cooler but much slower, u got to have a shhit load of horsepower on one to get it not to hop and porpoise, i drove the bud light 2 seater and almost pulled the trigger and bought it before it went to Alaska. with 2 adults up front all the thing wanted to do is bounce with a stock motor 2.5 , if u put a 360 hp powerhead on it there was enuff hp to get it out of that stage and it would hold the bow up finally and haul ass....mine the inline boat ran great , with the 2 people inline it let the boat run more loose and it ran more like a single seater. it would hop aroung 80 and i would drive it right thru it, i had a killer powerhead on it.......if you see the video of the boat blowing over its just plain out hauling asssssss, i had it set up right! google my name and watch me running it at the suwannee! that boat would blow the doors off the side by side boat!

In the 90's I THOUGHT I was buying that boat from Mercury. It was at Lake X and I'd been talking with somebody in Wisconsin............ can't remember who. Anyway, we make the 6 hour trip down and the boat is cool, but they spring on me the powerhead isn't included. I called back up there and they said that the price didn't include the injected powerhead on it, but they'd throw in a carb one if I wanted it. We couldn't get together, so I came home. Back then the boat was white, but had blue and yellow trim on it, with a little bit of pink around the zig zag stripe. I've still got a picture of it painted that way somewhere.

He was in trouble before the boat even took off. Here is a lesson kids, I got smoked in one of my hydrostreams and every boat from there on out had an bright LED in line of sight that any time the trim motor has power applied to it it is lit.

Yep. Also that's a great idea "trim light" when activated! Ya never know if laying off the button! Never know when a stuck switch/corroded/etc and keeps on going trim? Ya know what I mean...

I waterjeted a piece for each side of mid on my seebold that went over the pin and wouldn't let it over trim period.I ran it to the stop every pass
I had a racer bring me a boat with the same amount of damage in 1991, and I was able to repair it. In fact the boat is still running on the Vintage circuit.
