Pics note that that is just surface discoloration not heavy rust. Would clean up with a light sanding and painting but I don't believe is polishing parts to sell. Lol

Yea they are nice. A friend gave me one of those for my offshore 2.5. Had to do some machining to get it to work but it should last a whole lot longer the the original steel ones. Great buy
