bungie tie downs for 260 style lightweight cowling

need 4 cowling tie down bungies and brackets for my lightweight 260 style cowling...bought some before but cant remember where, came each in a pkg...need the long ones thanks

I heard you can buy a replacement bungie from auto parts store...jeep hood tie downs...going to look into it...supposed to be like $10 instead of $24.95 from merc...sounds worth while...ever heard of this???

got a set today...made by south co...3" bungies with a little different mounting hdwe but fit fine...just upside down $8.99 + $.80 in bolts...works fine...saw something similar in land and sea catalogue $20.99 ea this old stuff is gettin hard to find....thanks
