In picture to in the side walls of the exasts chamber is where you drill the holes.I tried to make a picture with it pointed out but i couldnd find out how to edit another persons pics.

Heres i where you should drill the holes through,probably like 1".

what do you use to do it. what should i be carfeul for etc... can you give me some instruction/

Yeah you should be fine with a 1" hole,i wouldnt go any bigger than that on that small of an engine,one on each side.Drill like a 3/8 pilot hole then drill the 1" hole with just a regular drill.
